We also ask that you have:
- At least 3-5 years experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in quick service.
- A proven track record of success regarding financials, restaurant operations, recruiting, training and taking restaurant teams to the next level.
- Strong communication, multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
- The ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment--and do so with a smile. High energy and a positive approach are a must!
- Valid Driver's License. Must also be able to pass a detailed background check.
